Thank you for choosing CmpGme. Please read these user terms carefully before using this website to ensure that CmpGme is right for you.

CmpGme is a digital platform that assists small and medium-sized businesses (hereinafter “Users”) in identifying and addressing the challenges that hinder their growth. We provide a set of targeted tools and strategies designed to deliver measurable results, including improving business economics and developing effective sales strategies. Our platform is tailored to support companies that operate with products, services, subscriptions, and digital products and that use social media and digital sales as part of their marketing strategy.

Through CmpGme, Users gain access to a simple, results-oriented platform that combines experience, knowledge, and technology to help them optimize their business and reach new growth goals. Our platform delivers solutions that enable Users to sell smarter and more efficiently.

Our service is based on a performance model in which the User only pays for the results we help create. Payments are only made when there is a direct increase in revenue. We therefore share the risk with the User and believe in their growth.

CmpGme Overview

The following user terms and general conditions (hereinafter “user terms”) are described together with the privacy policy, legal notice, and cookie policy—the requirements for using our website available at the domain www.cmpgme.com (the “website”) or through its application (the “CmpGme App”).

The user terms set the conditions for access to the websites, services, and applications offered to Users. If you disagree in whole or in part with the terms and conditions, you should not install or use the service. By using CmpGme’s services you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any changes that CmpGme may unilaterally introduce, simply by continuing to use the services, and you declare:

  • You have read and understood the user terms.
  • You assume all obligations and responsibilities reflected in these user terms.
  • You are over 18 years of age and legally competent.

If CmpGme identifies a minor user, the user will be removed automatically. In that case the user must prove they are over 18.

CmpGme ApS is responsible for the management of the CmpGme website and the CmpGme App. Likewise, the management of Users and communication with Users from all countries is carried out via the CmpGme website or CmpGme App. Under no circumstances will CmpGme or its partners be liable for any decision made by a CmpGme user against CmpGme.

These terms apply from 1 November 2024. CmpGme may update, amend, or withdraw these terms at any time, without prior notice to Users and without liability for such action. When new terms take effect, Users must accept them to continue using CmpGme’s services. Users are responsible for staying up to date with the user terms.

1. Service Provider

The owner and service provider is CmpGme ApS (“CmpGme”), located at Kastrupvej 208, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark, CVR number: 45815838.

2. Registration

Using the services offered by CmpGme requires prior registration. Users must select the “Register” option on the homepage. During registration, prospective Users must provide identification details, which vary depending on whether the User is a natural person or a legal entity. In all cases, all prospective Users must accept these user terms to register on CmpGme.

The basic user information included in the profile will be visible to the individual User through their profile on CmpGme.com. Each User will have their own profile, password, and administrator account to access their personal account. The User must always protect their profile and password. Any damage arising from negligence, disclosure, or loss is the User’s sole responsibility. The User is always responsible for the use of and access to their profile.

Upon registration, the User must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Among other data, the User must provide personal details to ensure the correct provision of services by CmpGme.

Registration on the website involves the processing of user data by CmpGme as data controller. For more information on how CmpGme processes your data, please read our privacy policy.

3. Rules of Use

Users agree to comply with the user terms and to behave in accordance with law, public order, and good ethics. Users undertake to use the CmpGme website or app appropriately and to avoid any illegal or criminal activity or any activity contrary to applicable law. Examples (non-exhaustive):

  • Always comply with the user terms. If a User is dissatisfied with CmpGme’s management or treatment, the User must stop using the services.
  • Do not post offensive comments (racist, xenophobic, pornographic, etc.) against other Users or CmpGme.
  • Do not publish, upload, distribute, or transmit inappropriate, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Do not submit information that violates communication secrecy or data protection regulations.
  • Do not create fake profiles.
  • Do not disseminate or transfer third-party content without consent.
  • Do not upload illegal or unfair advertising.
  • Do not upload images/information about minors without CmpGme’s explicit consent.
  • Do not present false, misleading, or ambiguous content.
  • Do not create a false identity to mislead others.
  • Do not violate applicable laws, and do not use CmpGme for unfair competition or purely commercial purposes contrary to these terms.

The User agrees not to claim liability from CmpGme for damages caused by the above or similar behavior and to hold CmpGme harmless from any legal liability arising from the User’s breach. CmpGme may seek compensation.

4. CmpGme Disclaimer

CmpGme is not liable—directly, indirectly, or alternatively—for any claims for compensation of any kind, whether related to the services offered by CmpGme or to actions/behavior of Users. Nor is CmpGme legally responsible for crimes or invalidity of offered content or services. Without limitation, this includes:

  • Administration related to communications on CmpGme.com or relations between Users (or against CmpGme in general).
  • Loss of CmpGme user status.
  • The content of user profiles or user communications.
  • User behavior, including illegal actions or behavior that harms other Users or CmpGme.
  • Losses resulting from advice, guidance, actions, reporting, proposals, etc., produced by CmpGme’s services or consulting.
  • System outages, material losses, access times, service administration, or other circumstances; these do not give rise to compensation.

5. Exclusion of Users

CmpGme reserves the unilateral right to prevent registration and to delete a User’s profile without prior notice and without justification if the User does not comply with these terms. Deletion results in loss of access and loss of any associated purchases/payments and does not entitle the User to compensation. CmpGme may delete or blacklist the User. CmpGme may also exclude a User who does not create a positive kickback for CmpGme.

6. User Information

Users with a profile accept the applicable kickback agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions. Profiles undertake not to use the CmpGme platform’s services in a manner contrary to the procedures and measures described in the kickback agreement. Breach results in automatic exclusion and loss of rights/benefits.

CmpGme may take legal action in cases of fraudulent behavior and may invoice outstanding amounts related to services created outside CmpGme.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

By using CmpGme, the User agrees that personal and business data may be shared with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, email services, Microsoft Azure) necessary to deliver the services. Such providers are subject to relevant data processing agreements and must comply with applicable data protection law. Data may be processed in data centers inside and outside the EU/EEA. CmpGme ensures GDPR compliance and appropriate security measures.

Consent to Data Processing

The User expressly consents to sharing with the mentioned third-party providers to enable the services. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting CmpGme, provided this does not prevent CmpGme from delivering the agreed services.

7. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights to works, content, or services on the website or in the CmpGme App belong to the rightful owners, Per Strand and Anders Aavang Holm.

This includes, without limitation, texts, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, databases, software, icons/technologies, audiovisual/audio content, website design, data, and source code. Users and third parties may not use the trademarks “CmpGme”, “CmpGme.com”, and “CmpGme ApS”, among others, where protected.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing, in whole or in part, content on the website or in the app, regardless of medium or technical means, without written permission from Per Strand and Anders Aavang Holm, is prohibited.

The User must respect rights owned by CmpGme ApS and declares to be the exclusive owner of any content they share or incorporate on the website or in the CmpGme App that may be protected.

The platform may be used only for strictly private/personal purposes; any other use is prohibited without CmpGme’s express permission.

By using the platform, the User grants CmpGme a free license to the content or publications they share (images, names, links), including the rights of public communication, reproduction, and distribution for the duration of the license granted to CmpGme ApS.

By submitting/posting/displaying content via social networks, the User grants us—just as on the social network where the content was generated—a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). This license allows us to make your social media content available to the world and to allow others to do the same.

Posts on the platform and any related publications may be used or published by CmpGme on its website/app so they can be viewed by other Users, via transfer to the platforms and social networks where they were published, under the IP transfer agreements in place there, and only for advertising, statistics, and information purposes, without manipulation—subject to the limitations imposed by the receiving social network. Please read the IP transfer policies of the social platforms accepted by CmpGme (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others that may join in the future) when you configure or register your profile.
