2. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

CmpGme processes the information you provide to manage the tax, accounting, and administrative aspects of the services delivered to you, and to maintain professional contact information. If you do not provide the required personal data, we will be unable to deliver these functions.

No decisions are made solely by automated means based on your data. However, your information is integrated into an algorithmic system that helps deliver the agreed service—once you accept the general terms of use—so you can make the most of the platform.

3. How long do we keep your data?

We retain data until the registered user requests deletion and/or for the period required to comply with legal obligations.

4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

  • Performance of a contract: Administrative, accounting, and tax management of the agreed services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Legitimate interests: Administration of professional contact details (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. To whom do we disclose your data?

  • Tax authorities — to comply with legal obligations.
  • Financial institutions — to execute payments (contractual requirement).
  • No other disclosures are made except where required by law. Data may, however, be shared within a shared-responsibility setup with CmpGme partners to provide the functionality you expect.

6. International data transfers

Data may be transferred within the European Union (to CmpGme partners and application servers). Your personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the GDPR’s scope.

7. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether CmpGme processes their personal data. Registered users have the right to access their data, update/rectify inaccurate data, and—where appropriate—request erasure when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes collected. You also have the right to data portability.

In certain cases, you may request restriction of processing; in that event, we will store data only for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. For reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to processing; in such cases, CmpGme will stop processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or for legal claims.
